Description
Imported and domestic hardwoods, the very dark, striped wood is wenge, from the Republic of Congo. The distressed canarywood is from Central and South America and makes up the Chrissy element, in end grain. The domestic hardwoods include Texas mesquite with arching, patterned oak, and patterned maple.
Perfect size for 1 onion, some fresh herbs, or that rib of celery.
